Bret Harte Speech and Debate
The Leland Speech and Debate team frequently works with the middle schoolers of its sister school, Bret Harte Middle School. Organized by Leland's very own Kairav Sinha, students from middle schools work hard all year long in order to prepare for the end-of-the-year Burnett Middle School Tournament. The goal is to both get children started off early on this great event and to bring the excitement of speech and debate to younger students.
